Deborah D’cruz is a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher, delivering the transformative corporate mindfulness program developed at Google. She is also an accessible yoga instructor and meditation teacher who loves a good book, long walks in nature and great conversation. By marrying her professional experience with ancient mind-body practices, Deb is honoured to encourage modern individuals to transform their inner and outer worlds - one breath at a time.
