Good morning and welcome to this new day.
I wonder,
How often do we find ourselves mentally starting the day before it even begins?
Lately,
I've noticed that many of us begin our mornings by diving straight into our phones,
Letting news or social feeds flood our minds with anxiety and fear.
Instead of starting our day by absorbing the world's pain,
Let's nourish ourselves with gratitude,
Filling our hearts with positivity and love.
Give yourself permission to be with yourself,
To be in your own world,
Your sacred space.
So let's begin by taking five deeper,
Nourishing breaths.
Taking a deep,
Long inhalation through your nose.
And an open mouth exhale.
Another deep breath in.
Then gently letting it go.
And three more times at your own pace.
Allowing your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.
Let's start the morning with a gratitude ritual.
Bringing your attention to your heart space.
If it feels right,
You might like to place a hand over your heart.
I'd like to invite you to think of something that you are grateful for.
The first thing that comes to mind will be perfect.
It can be as simple as I'm alive.
The sunshine.
A beautiful spring bloom.
Or my pet.
Allow yourself to fully embody what gratitude feels like in the body,
Resting in the space of gratefulness.
Now directing your awareness to your third eye center.
The space between your eyebrows.
Let there be a sense of openness and receptivity.
Setting as an enculpa.
Your heart's deepest desire.
Your intention as how you would like to show up throughout your day.
If you have one,
You can silently repeat it to yourself.
Otherwise,
You may wish to use I step boldly into the best version of myself and effortlessly create a day with flow.
Sensing the intention that you have planted deeply into your unconscious mind.
Knowing that your higher self recognizes and accepts your intention.
There's no need for you to do anything else besides feel the words deeply and the energy will unfold into your day.
Always remember that each day is a gift,
A new beginning,
A new opportunity to start afresh.
And as this practice comes to a close,
Begin to notice the sounds in the environment.
Start to notice your body in relation to the space that you are in.
And when you are ready,
Gently opening your eyes and returning your attention to the room.
This new day is going to be a magical day.
