Deborah D’cruz, or Deb as she is known to most is a Certified Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. She also facilitates the Search Inside Yourself Certified Leadership program, delivering the transformative corporate mindfulness program developed at Google. She loves a good book, long walks in nature, and great conversation—moments that embody the heart of Slow Living. These simple pleasures inspire her teaching, encouraging others to find joy in the small, meaningful experiences that create a life of balance, presence, and connection.
