Good morning and welcome to this new day.
Let's begin this practice by waking up our breath.
We are going to do a breath exercise where you will inhale in three equal parts and then take one long exhale out to energize our bodies and clear our minds.
Begin by connecting to your breath.
We will now inhale in three equal parts.
Inhale a third,
Two thirds,
And all the way to the top and one long exhale out.
Let's do this again.
Inhale a third,
Another third,
And then all the way to the top and a slow long exhale letting go.
Continue to do these a few more times at your own pace.
Record the breath cycle that you are on and return to your natural breath pattern.
Easy effortless breaths letting energy flow through you.
And welcome in the day.
Welcome it with gratitude.
Welcome in the abundance of new and wonderful opportunities that lie ahead of you today.
Let's take a moment to set a positive intention for your day.
How would you like to show up?
What would you like to cultivate more of in your day?
See what comes to mind and silently state this intention three times.
And know in your heart that today is going to be a wonderful day.
And as this practice draws to a close begin to pay attention to the sounds around you.
Start to bring some gentle movement to your fingers and your toes.
And when you are ready,
Return your attention to the space that you are in.
