Transcript

Settling into stillness,

Gently closing down your eyes and maintain a soft gaze.

Begin to direct your attention inwards and start to scan your body from the feet to the head.

Notice if there are any areas of tightness or tension and see if you can soften a little.

Take a deep nourishing inhalation filling your lungs and chest and a slow long exhalation letting go.

Now do these two more times at your own pace,

Allowing your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.

Begin to notice your body in relation to the outer world.

Start to pay attention to the sounds around you,

Gently blinking the eyes open and return your attention to the room.
