At the heart of her practice is a gentle invitation to pause, to breathe, and to remember what it means to be human. Having spent time in investment banking and over a decade as a marketing lecturer, Deborah (or Deb as known to most) found herself drawn to the quiet wisdom that emerges when we create space for stillness. She facilitates the Search Inside Yourself program, a transformative mindfulness workshop developed at Google, but her teachings extends beyond any single modality. She is guided by the belief that each person’s mindfulness journey unfolds in its own unique way, shaped by practices that speak to the heart and aligns with the rhythms and seasons of life. Her work draws from a variety of philosophies — meditation, yin yoga, forest bathing, sound therapy, and reiki. These practices aren't meant to add complexity to your life, but rather to simplify and distill it down to what you truly need in this moment. What she offers is part nervous system care, part sacred pause, a blend of the practical and the soulful that creates space for you to return to yourself.
