Deborah D’cruz, or Deb as she is known to most is a Certified Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. She also facilitates the Search Inside Yourself Certified Leadership program, delivering the transformative corporate mindfulness program developed at Google. She loves a good book, long walks in nature and great conversation. By marrying her professional experience with ancient mind-body practices, Deb is honoured to encourage modern individuals to transform their inner and outer worlds - one breath at a time.
