In this 4 day course, we will begin to shine awareness of areas in your life where you may be with holding kindness from yourself. We begin with looking at how you speak to yourself and what your internal dialogue is reflecting. We move through this with investigating what that inner voice may be trying to share with you. Ultimately we uncover the acts of kindness you would like to have in your life and how to incorporate them into your daily life as a practice.
