Kiran is an artist, writer and creative mentor working under the name of Illustrating Rain. Both through her art and writing she investigates the relationship between the inner and outer worlds. She is inspired by the connection between the patterns and cycles found in nature and within the human mind. She is the creator or The Spirit Of Creating podcast and accompanying book.

When we dwell in worry, we are signaling to ourselves that we cannot trust ourselves. What if you can? In this lesson, we take a look at all the ways you have been able to trust yourself to do the best in any given situation.

Trust And Presence

When we replace worry with trust and presence we find that we are able to deal with any issues that arise in the moment in the most effective way. We are in a state of clarity and calm and therefore are in the most optimum position to handle anything that comes our way.

Fantastic course on worry. Thank you so much. Interested in checking out your follow up course and will certainly do so. One big takeaway for me was in the final class … paraphrased as I don’t remember exact words but it was something like “worry only exist with respect to the past or the future. It has nothing to do with the present.” Then tying self trust as a key component to staying present. Very insightful - thank you again!
