This was excellent! It's uplifting and I think that it is the absolute key to realizing my dream. When contemplating my dream, previously I always felt overwhelmed with what I hope the outcome will be. This course helped me remember to take one step at a time and even release any thought of controlling the outcome. Like the Bhagavad Gita says, we are entitled to our work but not to the fruits of our labor. But our work is where the joy lies! Releasing the need to visualize a perfect outcome is beginning to allow me to enjoy the process. Thank you for reinforcing this! And I'll be visiting the Magic of Midlife course! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This was very relevant for me. Putting this very common fear of mine into perspective yet again. Thank you very much for creating this track !

Needed to hear this thank you! Simple but true. Making the time to take care of me and my needs and my tasks as I would for those I love and care for. Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏾🪷

I absolutely love the phrase 'mid life is not a limitation, it's an invitation' Thank you. I am happy to listen to other content.

This meditation is spot on as to how I let my history and thoughts in my head influence how I think of myself. Thank you so much for that. The affirmations are very relevant and helpful, though I so wish that there were at least five more seconds between each affirmation to allow me to repeat it and take it in.
