Preparing For Deeper Sleep
Let's work with your body's own wisdom in preparation of deeper sleep. Lie down or recline in a comfortable position and be guided by the technique at the end of this lesson which then leads into the acupressure points in the next lesson.

Acupressure Release Points For Sleep Time
Using your hands, you will now be guided to massage certain areas, known as points, on the physical body, which then sends signals to the energy body. This transfer of communication transforms the vibrational frequency patterns in body and mind, guiding the mind to quieten, the nervous system to settle, and the body to relax.
