Hmm.
So let's just start by.
.
.
Bringing the attention inwards,
Just noticing whatever is going on internally.
This could be emotions,
It could be thoughts,
It could be physical sensations.
We're not suppressing,
We're not resisting,
We're acknowledging,
Whatever's there,
We're seeing it.
And then take a slow breath in.
And exhale,
And as you exhale,
Can you intentionally move?
Whatever you've been noticing,
Whether it's Comforting,
Enjoyable or uncomfortable.
Just move it slightly.
To the sides,
Or maybe below you,
Maybe above you,
Or maybe behind you.
And then we're going to take a breath in again.
And then again move slowly out.
You can use a visualization or just intention,
Just sensations,
Whatever works for you.
Is no better or preferred way.
Let's do that once more.
Slow breathe in and exhaling.
Moving out whatever has been.
Taking our focus.
You And now drop your attention.
Into your heart center,
Into the center of your upper chest.
So the center point between front and back,
Between left and right.
It can sometimes help to close your eyes,
But if you can't,
Just take your gaze downwards.
Breathing into the center of your chest.
Connecting with your heart.
Can you soften this area?
You might feel that you actually want to move the body a little bit.
Just soften this area.
Or roll the shoulders back.
Open the chest.
Or maybe it's less of a physical for you,
But it's.
.
.
More of a metaphysical.
And you're feeling The energetics.
Align.
Drop into your lower belly.
And let's relax this area.
Slow breath in here.
Relax the belly muscles.
You're not holding on to anything.
We are choosing.
To be comfortably present,
Even if right now,
We may not feel that comfort.
We are choosing it.
And trusting it will.
Transform and arrive at the right time in the right way.
Now let's take our awareness into our feet and breathing calm,
Breathing relaxation.
Softening the feet.
You And let's do the same for the hands,
Breathing calm and softness.
Into each finger.
Gentleness now into the faith.
Feeling your whole body relaxing more and more.
Opening more and more.
Grounding Feeling into prison.
Now notice your breath.
And send your breath into your heart center.
As we prepare to set our intention.
You can Work with your hands in preposition in front of the heart or place your hands over.
Center of the chest or just work with your intention.
Breathing in to the heart.
Welcoming in trust.
I trust.
All wisdom.
I am receiving.
Through this ancient teaching.
And through my own inner guidance.
Is.
For my highest good.
And for the greater good of all.
You can affirm that by saying,
I trust.
Breathe into your heart center.
And then as you exhale,
Turn your hands so that your palms are facing up,
Even just for a moment.
Indicating to the self that I'm now in a position of receiving.
Receiving divine guidance through the Tao wisdom that we're connecting with.
Receiving divine guidance through my own.
Design.
For these two are connected.
This is why the I Ching is a participatory experience.
Slow breath in and slow breath out.
Put all of your attention on your breath now.
And intentionally Breathe in.
So your chest is relaxed.
Your shoulders are relaxing down.
And then gently just let the breath flow out in whatever way,
Shape it wants to.
Intentionally breathing in And then just relax and.
.
.
Allow the breath.
To be as it chooses on the exhalation.
Let's do that once more.
Focus on the in-brief.
Letting the out-breath go.
Can you allow the in-breath to have a life of its own as well.
Can you be the observer of your breath?
Without controlling it.
Just allowing that beautiful natural rhythm.
To find its way Just perfectly right now.
And this of course will be so unique.
For each of us So there's no.
.
.
Beta Way.
We're not looking.
With a breath to be in a specific way.
We are allowing the breath to be the best way for its rhythm and flow right now.
Can you allow that?
Notice your response.
To an experience such as just stepping back trusting in the body's innate Intelligence.
You might notice that the breath changes a little,
Or maybe a lot.
Maybe it stays the same.
Just remain in that observer position.
Giving your breath full permission.
To flow in and out.
And pause exactly when it needs to,
How it needs to.
And this sweet,
Gentle flow of your breath now.
This effortless floor.
This is Wu Wei.
Effortless action.
Notice your.
.
.
Relationship.
With Wu Wei.
Notice it now with your breath.
And no judgment.
Just.
.
.
Observing.
And then Slowly.
Move your awareness.
To the Wu Wei in other areas of life.
Where is it so easy for you to just relax and trust?
You're allowed For you know that in this moment,
In that experience,
The perfect things are happening.
It might not be.
.
.
Happiest or the most comfortable but You know.
See and feel the alignment.
And so there is.
This relaxation in that experience.
Where does this come most naturally for you?
And honor those times and those experiences.
And if you really feel that it's not happening for you at the moment,
Look back in life and Just notice when things really just seem to flow.
And honor that time.
It's still part of your life.
Still having an impact.
On now because it's coming up for you now.
And notice other qualities about you in the experience of Wu Wei.
In that flow.
How is your physical body?
What are your emotions like?
Your thoughts.
Your resistance.
Just notice it all,
Honoring it all,
Not looking for something specific.
And have you ever noticed that when one is in this very relaxed and trusting experience of flower.
One doesn't have to Think so much.
Try so hard.
It's almost like this outer hand is coming in to align all the puzzle pieces just perfectly for you so that It is natural for you to move.
In the direction for your greater and highest good.
And perhaps in those circumstances,
You also.
.
.
Saw more of that happening elsewhere in other people's lives.
Notice what's happening with your breath now.
And just gently bring yourself through intention.
To that natural flower.
Not contriving the breath.
Just allowing and trusting.
It knows.
The rhythm.
It knows what to do.
Can you relax into that allowing?
Relaxing the body now as well,
Quietening the mind.
It's connect again.
To this flow state.
And that experience.
Where do you feel,
Without thinking about this too much,
Where do you feel that this will be beneficial for you to invite in.
Maybe it's a certain area of life.
Maybe it's a relationship.
Maybe it's the time of the day.
And once you've noticed.
.
.
Can you observe that particular.
.
.
Circumstance that you're connecting with.
You feel could be really nourished by Wu Wei.
Has you observed that now?
Is there something that you are noticing about it?
That you could learn from,
You could disentangle from.
You could intentionally change.
Just notice if there is anything.
Else to be aware of.
Or perhaps something else for you.
To actually do.
Because in order for these flow states to take place,
There is no entangling in that space.
And it's those areas where we often feel that there isn't flow where we feel there needs to be flow.
The reason that the flow is perhaps struggling there is because of an entanglement of some sorts.
Could be something that's been there for a long while.
Could be something very new.
And there's always a level of our own emotions and our own thoughts that add to that entanglement.
So just notice.
What's coming through for you now?
Without judgements.
This is awareness.
And awareness is half the journey of transformation.
So ask of yourself.
What one small thing can I do?
To bring in more flow into this particular area of life this particular.
Situation.
Etc.
And notice the first response that comes through.
That is from your subconscious,
Your intuition.
We're not looking for anything specific,
But we do want to honor that first response.
Even if you end up working with something else,
Still be aware of that first response.
Doesn't have to make sense either.
It often doesn't.
You And now that you have got your answer to that,
You've got something very small.
We're looking for something small.
It's easy.
That you can do.
Now commit to yourself.
When are you going to start that?
And remind yourself regularly that the reason that you are doing this that small step that you've chosen.
Reason you're doing this is to bring in more flow.
More effortless action.
The more we are in flow,
In tune with our own being,
Our own design.
Of course,
That naturally opens the way for us to be in flow with our environment,
With others,
With life.
And this does require a cultivation.
So although Wu Wei is called effortless action,
It doesn't mean that there is no action.
It means it's the right action.
In the right way at the right time.
And just like your breath,
Nose,
Exactly how to be in flow right now.
So do you.
Every single part of you.
We now need to practice.
This experience.
And we need to trust that.
And it's not just a practice that we practice.
Once a week or for a few minutes every day when it's calm and quiet and we're comfortable.
It's a practice to take out into the marketplace,
So to speak,
Into our lives,
Into our conversations.
You So as you gently.
.
.
Relax your focus now.
Just ask yourself one last question in relation to this.
What is your message that you are holding in your heart.
And I'd like to read to you now a piece from Hexagram 26.
Which we have been connecting with here of the I Ching.
And its symbols are Heaven or the creative energy and the mountains.
Heaven resides within the mountain.
Great potential is stored up here.
This hexagram conveys the idea of containment.
And restraint.
And this causing great forces to build up.
In other words,
There is great potential within you.
Which you should use wisely.
This signifies the balance.
Of inner string outward calmness.
This time is about containment.
And restraint.
Steadfastness.
And string.
Of purpose.
Just close with the moments of gratitude,
Gratitude to all those who have come before us,
Who have provided.
This wisdom provided the opportunity for us to Receive this wisdom in this way.
And please also honor and give thanks for your whole self right now.
Guiding you in the way that you have been guided.
Breathe into that.
And let's also once more breathe into trust.
Trusting your continued guidance.
As this message continues to unfold for you and guide you.
In the perfect way.
