Meet your Teacher

Helen Hansen is a Kinesiologist involved in holistic mind-body wellness for more than 20 years. During her time in practice of treating more than 5000 people, Helen noted that the most common modality that presented itself for healing and thriving was meridian therapy. This led her to teach the individual in the kinesiology session to self-treat using meridian therapy. She then presented workshops, throughout South Africa, and presented online classes all focused on teaching self-help techniques with meridian therapy at the basis of all the holistic health presentations.
