Noticing how noticing any thonging your attention to dribble heaviness begins to settle there Relaxing and releasing all of the muscles all of the tension in the scalp dribble heaviness starts to move down heaviness settles down shoulders Relaxing and really upper arm or arm heaviness flows down into texting and releasing on the upper back It's comfortable heaviness flows into the chest able to release them even just a time as your attention goes back of your head You notice a large bulb starting to form as it gently floats down You notice that this large bubble is full of white Bright sparkling light as the bubble continues to descend opens up wrapping around you Sealing you within it as you sit within this bubble eight sparkling seeing this light around you There's a sense of safety Stillness as you continue to breathe on the inhale Seeing this beautiful bright light as it enters in through the nose on the inhale Starting to fill the body as the white light flows in on the inhale starting to fill through the face Breathing in even more of this white light as it flows down Continuing to breathe in this light as it flows down into the stomach to the hips through the legs and down into the feet Noticing this light as it fills the entire beginning to safety and protection
