"You need to sit with your feelings." But what does this actually mean? This meditation will guide you through the process of sitting with those difficult emotions. Unknowingly, many of us numb, distract, and avoid these feelings. This leads to emotions becoming "stuck" and we never are really able to move past them- they just keep coming back up.
