See if you can notice your breath as it passes by your nostrils on the inhale and as it passes by your nostrils on your exhale.

I'd like to offer you the opportunity to participate in a reflection meditation.
An opportunity to ask yourself a question and to sit quietly and see what answers present themselves.
Think about your day or your week or your month ahead and what's something that you've been thinking about that you would like the answer to.
And as you think about this item occurring this day or this week or this month,
What is one question that you would like to ask?
And over these next 30 seconds,
I want you to just repeat this question over and over and over again at your own pace for 30 seconds.
And then you will sit quietly for one minute just seeing what comes up.
Starting to ask your question over and over again for 30 seconds,
Starting now.
And asking your question three more times and then allowing yourself to sit in silence for one minute and just notice what comes up starting now.
A short break.
And just now taking note of anything that was helpful that came up in this minute of silence.
Releasing anything that wasn't helpful,
But just taking hold of anything that you think would be helpful when it comes to this topic of exploration.
And once more we'll explore our question by repeating it over and over again.
This time maybe choosing a different pace you asked yourself that question.
And then after 30 seconds just sitting in silence and seeing what comes up for you.
Reading your question for 30 seconds over and over again.
