The Joy Of Waking
The way we wake up has a huge influence on how we will feel for the rest of the day. In this first session, we'll look at the benefits of awakening with the sun and meditating soon after waking, and you'll learn a short waking meditation that can be practiced while you're still in bed to greet the day with a quiet and receptive mind.

Breathe
This session explores the benefits of deep breathing first thing in the morning and how taking some time to consciously breathe can improve your energy levels and encourage mental calmness for the day ahead, and you'll learn a simple deep breathing practice that can be done as soon as you wake up while you're still in bed.

Cleanse
Detoxification and care of the digestive system are at the core of the Ayurvedic understanding of health and wellness, and in this session we'll take a look at the concept of ama, or toxic buildup, in the body and you'll learn a very simple technique to quickly add into your morning to help remove any ama that accumulated overnight.
Leçon 4
Hydrate
In this session, we'll look some more at the digestive system and at the concept of agni, the digestive fire. You'll learn how the digestive fire naturally burns over the course of the day and a simple beverage to bring into your mornings to spark your digestive system and help it burn steadily throughout the day.
Leçon 5
Nourish
This session introduces the concept of Ojas, or immunity, and we look at the benefits of oiling the body in the morning to build Ojas and physical, mental and emotional strength. You'll be guided through a short foot massage which you can do for yourself in less than ten minutes - for the best results, the massage should be done with warm oil, so if you're planning to do the massage along with the recording, warm up some oil beforehand so that you're ready. (You can place a bottle or cup of massage oil into a bowl of hot water to slowly warm the oil - if you do this right before the session starts, it will be ready to go when it's time to start the massage).

Move
In the final session, we'll look at the benefits of adding some conscious movement into your morning. You'll learn a short and simple stretching exercise that only takes a few minutes to complete and which has great benefits for the whole of your body.
