In this five-day celebration of the Winter Solstice, we'll learn some simple, enjoyable practices and meditations to bring you more deeply into alignment with this time of year. We'll explore some of the aspects of nature that are celebrated at this time and some ways that you can bring these celebrations into your own life, we'll look at some Ayurveda-inspired diet and lifestyle principles for your winter health, and we'll practice some meditations, yoga nidra and reflection exercies connected to themes of the season. The Winter Solstice is the darkest time of the year and we tend to naturally turn inwards at this time, expending less energy and making space for rest and rejuvenation, and this course is intended to bring you some insight and enjoyment at this time.
