Wheel Of The Year: Celebrating The Spring Equinox

With Jessica Inman

This five-day celebration of the Spring Equinox guides you into alignment with this important time of the year through meditation, yoga and reflection. We begin with a meditation to see the Equinox through the eyes of our ancestors and then explore some of the aspects of nature that are often celebrated at this time. We look at some Ayurvedic techniques to assist your body with its natural springtime detoxification, and practice yogic breathing for cleansing and clarity. The course finishes with a reflection on how the themes of the Spring Equinox are manifesting in your own life, with space to set an intention or goal for the coming months. The Spring Equinox marks the turning point when the hours of light transition to become longer than the hours of darkness, and brings with it new life and the promise of abundance to come, and this course is intended to bring you some insight and enjoyment at this time.
