This course will help you understand where anxiety comes from and its effects on the mind and body so that you can better manage, decrease and even overcome its symptoms. This course is structured like a series of therapy sessions. You’ll need pen and paper for guided exercises designed so that you can apply the information specifically to your life. “Therapy Homework” may also be provided so that you can practice the tools and techniques between sessions. You’ll also be able to share your journey, ask questions and provide encouragement to other participants in the course classroom.
Dr. Traci Moreno is not your average Psychologist and not for everyone. My birth parents did not raise me and I have always struggled with what people think of me even though I am strong, kind, and compassionate!
