Deborah D’cruz, or Deb as she is known to most is a Certified Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation Teacher. She also facilitates the Search Inside Yourself Certified Leadership program, delivering the transformative corporate mindfulness program developed at Google. By marrying her professional experience with ancient mind-body practices, Deb is honored to encourage modern individuals to transform their inner and outer worlds - one breath at a time.
