The inner critic sounds convincing because it borrows your voice. Yet from a 3 Principles understanding, it’s nothing more than thought believed in the moment. Learn to recognise this illusion and feel the natural ease that arises when you stop sitting beside your mental “Nelly” and start noticing her as passing noise.

Listening To The Wisdom Of The Body
Your body never lies. It tells you when thought has gone off track. This lesson helps you read the body’s gentle signals of tension or ease as guides back to clarity. Instead of analysing feelings, you’ll learn to listen through them, discovering that peace is never gone, only obscured.
