We're going to start looking at limiting beliefs and what might be getting in the way of you creating a regular meditation practice. as I said in the introduction, it's probably not what you think. It might be that you think on the surface level, I'm too busy. I haven't got time.

We are going to look at some common misconceptions around meditation. And these might tie in to the limiting beliefs that you started to notice that are coming up around not being able to meditate or have a regular meditation practice.

You don't have to do what everybody else is doing. You can carve a practice that fits whatever is going on in your world. So that's what we're going to go into deeper in this module. Let's create your mediation routine and life.
