What Do You Need To Let Go Of?
So that we can welcome in a truly abundant year, first of all, we need to be aware of what we need to let go of from last year and what we have learnt from the year.
It’s natural to look at things that didn’t happen last year or things that you didn’t do.
Maybe relationships that came to an end, or other events that you perceive as being negative
But I challenge you to shift your thinking about last year so that you can set yourself up for a fulfilling year, this year.

You will also be guided through a meditation to help you with the whole process of letting go from last year.

Setting Your Intentions
Today we create space for your intentions - space for grace and space for miracles.
One more important step before we set our intentions for the year is to express our gratitude for last year no matter what it was like. There is still lots to be thankful for. When you are feeling grateful, you are naturally aligning your energy.
After listening to the guided meditation that will help you in setting your intentions for an abundant year, we will then be fully prepared mentally and spiritually for introducing or re-introducing our New Year intentions.

Living Your Values
If you’ve not thought about your core values for a while or maybe you don’t really know what they are, today, I will help you define what they are.
Louise Hay said “let something go and try something new". She always inspired others by how she was continually learning and was always ready to try new things. Let's be inspired to try something new this year.
In order for your intentions to work most effectively, you need to clear out old limiting beliefs that can block what you really want in your life. During the last part of today's audio, I will guide you to identify your limiting beliefs so you can create the new story you want.

Today, I’m sharing ideas for you to create your new life story so that you can welcome abundance in all areas of your life this year.
These include talking with your Inner Child, Mirror Work and creating powerful affirmations.

Daily Habits And Closing Meditation For An Abundant Year
It’s so important if you want to see the desired positive changes in your life, to practise the change techniques that I’m sharing.
At first, it does take some energy and focus to establish a routine that includes your daily self-growth work.
But, once you have a routine established it becomes so easy to continue it. It becomes a habit. A habit that can empower you every day.
It might be that you are consistent with a daily routine. If not, I will also share an affirmation that you can use for the next few weeks to establish the daily habits for a truly abundant year.
I will close the course with a beautiful meditation and visualisation to help you embed your intentions for the coming year.
