Because I have been there, and I was there for many many years… During this course, I’ll share my own story and the first 3 Steps that took me from a place where I was ashamed of my body and by my emotional eating and always feeling guilty to a place where I have let go of the weight and truly love my body and I enjoy all the food I eat without any guilt or shame. Let’s get started on creating new, empowering beliefs around you and your body. To see the change on the outside, we need to make the changes from the inside. So that you have the best experience possible, just a reminder to have a journal, a pen, and a handheld mirror with you.
