Hello,
Liz Doyle,
The Positive Change Coach here,
And welcome.
Wayne Dyer said the two most powerful words in the dictionary are I am.
Whatever you follow those words with are everything.
So whatever you say after the words I am will come and find you and stick to you.
So what are the kind of words you normally follow I am with to yourself and also out loud in conversation every day?
If your I am statement is positive,
Your experiences will be far more likely to be positive and your life will flourish.
Make a commitment to yourself that from this moment forward,
As many of your I am statements as possible are positive and that they empower you.
So here are a few examples.
I am my own best friend.
I am listening to my inner wisdom.
I am loved,
Loving and lovable.
I am always doing my best and that's always good enough.
Now we're going to say I am and also go through the alphabet,
So a little bit of fun.
So you can repeat these after me or you can just let the words wash over you and give your subconscious permission to allow them to be true for you.
And you can replay this as many times as you wish.
You can also write out your own I am's afterwards.
So let's go.
I am amazing.
I am beautiful.
I am clever.
I am daring.
I am enough.
I am funny.
I am gorgeous.
I am hopeful.
I am insightful.
I am joyful.
I am kind.
I am love.
I am mindful.
I am nurturing.
I am open.
I am powerful.
I am quiet.
I am remarkable.
I am sexy.
I am thriving.
I am understanding.
I am valuable.
I am wonderful.
I am exciting.
I am yummy.
I am Zen.
I hope you found that a fun exercise really,
But this way of talking,
This is serious because this way of talking to yourself will only empower you,
But it does take practice.
And also when you were listening to that,
Do you want to ask yourself maybe did any of the I am statements trigger you in any way?
They can all trigger you if you're not feeling enough.
So it's important to say I am enough as often as you can and really practice this short little exercise just so that you can really start to absorb these positive I am statements.
And as I said,
Why not write out your own as well?
Thank you so much for joining me today and I hope to catch up with you soon.
Much love.
