When you're ready,
Sit or lie back in a quiet space.
Close your eyes and move your focus to your breath.
Take a long,
Deep,
Slow breath in and focus on the breath traveling down into the lungs.
Breathe out slowly,
Focusing on your exhalation.
Feel yourself become more relaxed,
Comfortable,
And at peace.
Feel yourself in the present moment and know that you are loved and supported.
Your experiences always reflect your inner beliefs.
By looking at your experiences,
You can see what your beliefs are.
Do you think that everything that goes wrong is your fault or that you are always a victim?
If so,
You are going to attract experiences in your life that reinforce those beliefs in you.
These negative beliefs are not the truth of your being.
You are magnificent and deserve the very best.
Allowing the process of life to unfold for you in a positive,
Healthy way is to declare your own personal truths.
Choose to move away from the limiting beliefs that have been denying you the life you want.
Let go of your fears.
Let go of your burdens.
Repeat the following ideas and allow them to be true for you.
Everything I need comes to me in the perfect time-space sequence.
Everything I need to know is revealed to me.
Life is a joy and filled with love.
I am loving and lovable and loved.
I am healthy and filled with energy.
I prosper wherever I turn.
I am willing to change and to grow.
All is well in my world.
All is well in my world.
When we accept that our thoughts create our reality,
Then we can use our reality as a feedback device to let us know what thoughts need to change.
Until we make the inner changes,
Nothing outside of us is going to change.
The inner changes can be so incredibly simple because the only thing we really need to change are our thoughts.
What can you do for yourself now that could be more positive?
What do you want to let go of that you have clung to so tightly before?
What do you want to change in your life?
Are you willing to do it?
When we make that decision not to be victims of the past and go about creating new lives for ourselves,
We are supported by the power within and new,
Happier experiences begin to unfold.
There is no reason to blame yourself because you didn't do better until now.
You did the best you knew how.
Release the past with love and be grateful that it has brought you to this new awareness.
The only person who is going to make a change in your life is you,
But be patient with yourself.
When you are learning something new and the old pattern returns,
Forgive and accept yourself and start over.
Create a new space inside yourself for loving,
Optimistic,
And cheerful patterns.
And remember,
Be patient with yourself.
When we drop our limiting beliefs and we allow ourselves to move into the totality of possibilities,
We can discover that we are very bright and that we can communicate clearly.
We can discover all sorts of possibilities,
Which when viewed from the limitations of the past,
Seemed impossible.
Every day is a new opportunity to give ourselves grace and accept our new beliefs to be true for us,
Rest in this knowing.
Now,
Very slowly and very gently,
Bring yourself back to your room and your physical self.
Gently move your body in a way that feels good.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
