Sometimes it’s difficult to remember what we need to do or not do to have that real feeling of self-worth and of course, self-love. And then we have Christmas and all that is involved on top. Don’t get me wrong I love Christmas (apart from the clearing up afterwards) but it can all feel a little overwhelming and it’s SO easy to lose sight of what’s really important. I have created this 24 Window Advent Calendar to help you love yourself all the way up to Christmas and then you’ve got it to remind yourself way into the new year too. Each day isn't too long so the whole calendar doesn’t feel like yet another chore. I want it to be a little sanctuary for you. This Advent Calendar of self-love will include meditations on some of the days along with ideas of how to bring more self-love into your life, especially at this time of the year. Because as we all know, when we love ourselves more and more, we can love others more and more too. Let this calendar draw you closer into what feels true to you and invite in a healthier and happier you for a truly fabulous Christmas. Each day is designed to encourage you to take a little time to tend to your mind, body and spirit. Join me if you want to level up your brain/body/spirit connection and feel the emotional ease that comes from giving this advent calendar as a gift to yourself each day. The invitation is yours and someone you care about - so invite them to the course too. Take on the whole 24 days or drop in whenever it feels good for you. Please note: This course is not religious in any way and the reference to an advent calendar is used in a generic sense as used within modern-day culture.


Meet your Teacher

Liz Doyle, the Positive Change Coach helps women around the world to feel good enough every day. She helps them to move on from overwhelm, anxiety and even past trauma and develop a deep sense of self-love and self-worth. She uses the philosophies of the icon, that was Louise Hay and this work is so timeless. Liz is looking forward to bringing you some "you" time at this time of year, whether you love this festive season or you dread it, there'll be so much for you. Please note that this is in no way a religious course. Liz is using the term Advent Calendar in its more generic use in modern society.

Open The 8th Window Here - A Meditation For When You Feel Stressed

Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed with your to-do list or with just the thought of Christmas? In those moments, wouldn't it be great if you could start over? The great news is that you can, and in fact, you can start over at any moment in life where you need to step back, hit the "reset" button, and try again. In this meditation we will focus on the breath to begin with. As you concentrate on the breath, the chaos within reveals itself, allowing you to gently train your mind to accept stillness as its natural state. I will then gently move us on to connecting to our root chakra to help us feel safe, protected when life feels overwhelming and stressful. Forgiveness is one of the most difficult lessons we have to learn. Until we can move into forgiveness we are stuck in our stuff. No matter how justified we feel we are to have our resentments and hatreds, it still hurts us. For our growth we must rise above our need to stay hurt and let go of the past. Forgiveness is truly a gift to yourself, and miracles happen when you forgive, or are even willing to forgive. Forgiveness and letting go is another piece of the foundation for permanent positive change and to allow peace and love into your life.

I really, really don't know how you do it, Liz. This is an incredible TREASURE of ideas and tools to support and encourage self-love. Going into it, I expected some supportive words to help me get through a busy, often challenging time of the year. Having listened to a number of Liz's tracks and having got to know some things about this WONDERFUL teacher through other courses, lives and her gratitude and support group, I should have known better!! There is deep work here and I would say that this course could be done at any time of the year. It's a fulsome course filled with deep love and wise direction.
