We are going to take a journey through these 12 days to really absorb Louise Hay's timeless philosophies of loving yourself. As a licensed Heal Your Life practitioner, I have the honour of sharing Louise's teachings every day and it's all about loving yourself a bit more every day. Let me know how you get on each day and what steps resonate the most with you. And, of course, ask any questions that you may have.


Meet your Teacher

Liz Doyle, the Positive Change Coach helps women to feel good enough every day. She helps them to move on from overwhelm and anxiety and develop a deep sense of self-love and self-worth. She uses the philosophies of the icon, that was Louise Hay and this work is timeless. Liz's Love Yourself coaching helps women who are still struggling to move on from a relationship breakdown or other trauma in the past. They grow in themselves to have more fulfilling relationships with everyone and everything in their lives including their beliefs about their health and appearance as well as their success and prosperity. It's time to quieten that little voice in your head telling you that you’re not good enough. It's time to stop comparing yourself to others. It's time to let go of the need to keep proving yourself again and again.
