Thanks Sandhya… i do need these courses to understand my ADHD better, i have just found out why and how i have been this way. i have always felt something is wrong with me or i am not enough to get what I desire in my professional life - it seems ADHD gave me few answers and a comfort within. I do love this course and how brain waves had always spoke to me and now i know the science behind it. I am going to use Delta waves for my day to day work planning, cuz this is my major struggle - staying in line… so yeah we do need such courses from you. Maybe on the effects of an ADHD brain in the life of artists/creatives? I am a visual artist in my 31st year on earth, from India. Rethinking my entire carry these days🤭 Love ❤️

Excellent. I liked the fact it didn't mention ADHD but simply concentratingb on calming or system and dealing, through affirmations, with the feelings that arise for those with our brain patterns.
