I invite you to join me on this short two-minute meditation so let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth in through the nose out and once more in and away.

Place your hand at your heart center if you wish at the center of the chest and allow the warmth of your touch to grind you,

Connect you into this moment notice the steady rhythm of the breath with each natural breath in mentally say I am here I am here noticing your surroundings,

The sounds you can hear,

The texture of your clothes and trust that as your day continues you can achieve success getting the things done you want to by taking one task at a time you don't have to do it all at once one step forward is enough exhaling any pressure any judgment feeling grounded steady and stable and when you're ready gently slowly opening your eyes
