Discover the calming power of Yoga Nidra, a structured form of guided rest that helps the body relax deeply while the mind remains quietly aware. In this two-module course, you’ll learn the traditional framework behind Yoga Nidra, the science showing how it supports emotional balance and nervous-system repair, and how to explore the practice through the koshas which are the layers of body, breath, mind, and inner awareness. Module 1 introduces the eight stages of the practice, along with modern research showing how Yoga Nidra calms stress circuits, slows brain activity, and improves sleep. You’ll finish with a short guided session using rotation of consciousness and pairs of opposites. Module 2 explores Yoga Nidra through the koshas, moving from body and breath into thoughts, intuition, and quiet presence, supported by a fully guided practice to help you get a good nights sleep. No experience is needed. Simply lie down, listen, and allow deep rest to unfold.
