Today, we’ll also explore how clutter contributes to something called decision fatigue, and why simplifying your wardrobe can actually boost your energy and focus.

Great course! I was able to choose several items each time. This course was very helpful to me. I was hesitant at first thinking I probably wouldn’t pick very many items within the 10 minutes, but surprisingly I did. IRS such a relief to let them go. I’m feeling free to focus on other aspects in my life. I plan to continue with the 10 minute intervals until I’m satisfied with the wardrobe that reflects the “Me” of today. Thank you so much! 🙏☺️

Success, I was able to start on decluttering my bedroom and chose 10 items of clothing to donate and I folded and put away my tops and slacks that were piled on my dresser. I feel motivated to keep going! Highly recommend this talk if you are overwhelmed and need a way to start.
