In this short 3-minute practice, we use the calming rhythm of 4-7-8 breathing to help settle the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm focus for the day ahead. Through paced breathing and gentle breath awareness, you are invited to slow down, reconnect with the body, and begin your morning with intention. This practice may help support relaxation, emotional regulation, focus, well-being, and a stronger mind-body connection. Perfect for the start of the day, before work, before meditation, or whenever you need a moment to reset and recenter.
