You’ll learn how NSDR supports the brain and body (brain waves, stress hormones, emotional regulation) and how to use deep rest to feel clearer, steadier, and more restored. Module 1: The science of deep rest + a soothing bilateral awareness practice for calm the mind. Module 2: A colour-flow meditation to reduce emotional intensity, and support nervous-system balance.
