
Anxiety Relief | EFT Tapping | 5 Minutes
This short EFT tapping session is designed to help with anxiety relief, calming the nervous system, and emotional regulation. We begin by rating your anxiety from 1–10, then tap through a series of EFT points while repeating gentle acceptance statements such as, “Even though I have this anxiety, I’m willing to work on it.” EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) involves tapping on acupressure points while focusing on thoughts and feelings. Many people use EFT for anxiety, stress relief, overwhelm, and nervous system regulation. At the end of the session, you can rate your anxiety again and notice any changes in how you feel. When to use this tapping session: When you feel anxious or worried When you feel overwhelmed Before a stressful situation When your mind is racing When you feel nervous or on edge Before sleep Anytime you need to calm your nervous system You can return to this practice anytime you need a moment of calm, grounding, or emotional reset.
