Good morning dear friend before your day begins take a moment for you and pause here in the stillness there's nothing you need to do nothing to get right simply be here place your hand at your heart center at the center of the chest and bring a smile to your face breathe in deeply and exhale slowly breathing in filling your lungs completely and breathing out letting go of anything weighing you down with each exhale allow any tension or worry to release from the body imagine there's a soft wave of relaxation washing over you bring into mind something that fills your heart with joy maybe it's a warmth of sun on your face the sound of music or a hug from a dear friend allow that joy to settle in within you and feel that joy expanding flowing through every part of you it's wrapping you like a soft radiant light holding you this light stays with you no matter what today brings take another deep breath in and exhale releasing you are enough and you are worthy of all the goodness this day has to offer when you're ready open your eyes and carry this joy in your heart with you as you go through your day knowing you are loved
