2-Minute Grounding Exercise
If your mind feels busy or overwhelmed, this simple grounding exercise can help bring you back to the present moment. In this short 2-minute practice, you'll use the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique to gently reconnect with your surroundings. You’ll notice five things you can see, four things you can hear, three things you can feel, two things you can smell, and end with one slow breath. This exercise can help calm the nervous system and bring a sense of stability during stressful moments. Take this time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment.
