Day One Beginner's Meditation Finding yourself a position of comfort and ease,

It doesn't matter if you're sitting or lying,

What matters is that you're comfortable.

And take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale allow your eyes to close,

Or if you prefer take your gaze to a fixed point and be aware of your breath flowing into your body,

Your belly expanding and releasing with each and every breath in and out,

And your mind will be chattering and you just become aware back to your breath in and out,

In and out.
