Sei Hei Ki Empowerment And Opening To The Heavens
We start with an empowerment to Sei Hei Ki energy coupled with an opening up to the energy pouring from the heavens. An empowerment is a Reiki connection ritual that comes from Japanese Reiki. Once is enough to introduce you to that specific energy, and each subsequent time reinforces the connection and the energy. An empowerment is a reminder of the blessing of Reiki. You are invited to build the empowerment into your morning routine.

Meditation With The SHK Symbol
This practice is a meditation with the Sei Hei Ki symbol and energy. It helps you to naturally tune in to Heavenly Ki whenever you like, and builds your ability to direct and experience the energy. I would recommend finding time for this meditation in the middle of your day, and it is suitably short so that you can practice anywhere.

SHK Kotodama Practice
This final practice is a kotodama practice. The kotodama are sequences of sacred sounds, or jumon, which represent the Reiki energy. Just as the Harmony symbol is a visual representation of Heavenly Ki, the Sei Hei Ki Kotodama is a chanted representation of the energy. The kotodama for Heavenly Ki is Ei Ei Ki, and don’t worry if you are new to the practice as I will guide you through every step. I recommend doing this practice every evening.
