Good morning and welcome to a new day full of new possibilities.
As you find yourself waking up,
Remember any dreams you might have had.
And thank them for whatever purpose they served.
Accepting the wisdom that your body and mind may have brought to you during sleep.

Accepting any rest you had this night.
And then releasing that need.
Aligning with the energy of wakefulness.

Paying attention now to your surroundings.
Noticing the light or the quality of the light in the room you're in.
Noticing where that light's coming from.

Noticing any sounds of life going on around you.
And noticing how you are this morning.
What sensations do you have within your body?
What sensations do you have within your body?
What are your emotions like and your thoughts?

Just noticing however you are this morning.
And noticing the energy in your body.
So your energy may be starting to move a little bit now.

Just become more and more aware of how you are inside.
And what energy you have ready for the day.
And if you like to wake that energy up a little bit more,
You might just allow yourself to take a full body stretch or stretch whatever's comfortable for you within your range of motion.
Inviting your energy to flow through your body.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
From the tips of your fingers to the top of your head.
Becoming more and more aware of your energy.
Becoming more and more aware of your energy.
And giving thanks now for this new day for having awakened alive and safe.
Accepting more and more of your energy.
Accepting the day and all it might bring you.
And then choosing an intention for the day.
So it might be something you'd like to achieve today.
Or it might just be an approach that you'd like to take today.
Perhaps one of kindness or gratitude.
Find the intention that's right for you.
And remind yourself that you can choose to point towards this intention with everything you do today.
And then keeping that within you,
You're ready now to go about your day.
