This 3-day beginner course ( for every level of breathwork lovers ) is based on breathwork, visualisation, and meditation to experience peace in your body, mind, and soul. For everyone has a lot of anxious and fearful thoughts, has stress and worries in life, has some negative thoughts, and emotions, and can't shift themself into the field of peaceful energy. If you are someone like that, then this 3-day breathwork course is for you. Throughout this 3-day journey, you will learn how to release stress and ground yourself, breathe deeply and nourish yourself, and extend your exhalation to still yourself. You will experience peace and stillness every day. Note: This course is a bonus meditation course of my 21-day Pranayama - Journey to the peace within the course, where you will learn more about pranayama techniques to cultivate deep peace in areas of your life.
Aswathaman Achu is a certified Breathwork Coach, Yoga, EFT and Mindfulness Teacher here on Insight Timer. He lives in India and is also a founder of Healing Breathwork and Wellness Academy, the host of The Mindful Way of Living Podcast. Today's meditation will help you connect with your heart and nourish your heart chakra with love and wholeness. Today's core practice: Deep breathing + heart chakra wholeness meditation.

Inner Peace and Stillness

True happiness is based on peace." - Thich Nhat Hanh Inner peace calms our minds and allows us to see our path much clearer, helping us focus and keep track of our journey. Today we will let go of all tension, fears, and pressure we have and cultivate peace and stillness. Today's core practice: Conscious breath awareness and deep breathing with extended exhalation + clear blue peaceful sky meditation.
