Welcome dear one to this mini meditation to clear your mind.
Do this meditation whenever you want to calm or clear your mind.
Now allow yourself to get into a comfortable seated position.
Take a moment to make any adjustments you need.
And when you are ready softly close your eyes.
And begin to turn and tune your awareness inwards.
Bringing your awareness into your breath and your body.
As you breathe intentionally releasing any muscles you do not need to use right now.
And relax yourself even more.
Allowing your belly to be soft.
You can feel your belly expanding as you breathe in.
And contracting as you breathe out.
Breathe in.
Belly expanding.
Breathe out.
Belly relaxing.
Breathe with this awareness for some moments.
Now relax.
As you feel yourself dropping into your body connected to your breath.
You begin to envision a clear blue sky above you.
The blue sky is all around you.
You are seated in a flat plane.
And all that is around you is sky.
Everywhere you look it's clear and blue.
And you feel yourself lifting up so that you yourself are floating in the sky.
As you're floating let your body and mind merge with the energy of clear blue sky.
Breathe in this pure clear fresh energy.
And let the clear fresh energy pass through you.
Breathe that in.
And release.
Feeling your mind open and clear.
Feeling your body free and clear.
Breathe and spend your time with this relaxing calming and clearing energy.
Now say goodbye.
And thank you to this divine clear blue sky and its healing energy.
And you begin to feel yourself lowering back down.
Feeling anchored grounded in this clear fresh energies healing power.
Notice a lightness in your body.
Now take a deep breath in.
Feel your stomach expand.
And when you're ready exhale with a big sigh.
Now slowly begin to roll your shoulders.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready open your eyes to the world around you.
Carrying this feeling of calmness sacredness and your smile with you.
