Good morning dear one,
Begin this meditation by getting into a comfortable position,
Your spine straight,
Your shoulders rolled back slightly to open up your magnificient heart,
Your palms resting and facing open,
And when you're ready lovingly close your eyes and bring your awareness into your breath.
Now,
Breathe in fully and deeply,
Stomach fully expand and exhale powerfully through the mouth.
Take a deep breath in and exhale powerfully and completely.
Breathe in fully and completely and when you're ready you push out all the air through the mouth.
One more time take a deep breath in fully and completely and push out all the air.
Now breathing in and breathing out at your own perfect pace,
Relaxing yourself and settling into your body.
Breathe naturally,
Feeling the perfection of your breath of this morning,
Of this moment.
You may notice a tingling or vibration in your body.
As you breathe,
Become grateful to your higher self,
Your presence,
And relax into it as if it is holding you,
Wrapping you up in love.
Feel yourself relaxing into you,
Your power,
Who you really are,
And let it integrate into every cell of your being.
Now place your dominant hand on your heart and another hand on your diaphragm and breathe.
Affirm to yourself,
Your presence,
Your divine existence.
May I be an expression of the highest divine love.
May I fully know who I am,
Why I am here,
And my deep loving truth.
May I take comfort in it now.
May I be the fullest divine expression of who I really am now.
I am here in full portrayal of myself,
Full divine expression of my presence.
As you breathe,
Say thank you.
Thank you for this life.
Thank you for this breath,
For this morning,
For this moment,
For your smile,
For your love.
I am in the process of becoming the best version of myself.
I am aligned with the energy of the universe.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling the glorious beauty in this moment and exhale with a sigh.
Feeling the glorious beauty of your life,
Of your presence,
Of your day.
Take this feeling with you.
As you are smiling,
You are naturally breathing.
As you begin to roll your shoulders,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes back to the world around you.
Carrying this feeling,
This power,
This inner knowing and the presence of who you are with you wherever you go throughout your magnificent day.
