Now gently close your eyes.
Breathe naturally and smile gently and happily.
Now tune into your breath and your body.
How are you feeling?
Scanning your body.
Bring your awareness into your head.
Scanning through your face,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your thigh.
Your legs,
Your feet and toes.
Breathing in love into your body and exhale through your mouth slowly.
Breathing in healing energy from the universe.
And exhale relax into it now.
Feeling the vibrant energy flows through your body naturally.
Breathing in wellness,
Love,
Happiness.
And exhale slowly relax yourself.
Now breathe naturally throughout the course of this meditation.
Let it flow easily without any effort.
Every breath you take heals your body,
Mind and soul.
You are vibrant.
You are healthy.
You are happy.

Now repeat these affirmations in your mind as you breathe.
