"The relaxation response (from meditation) helps decrease metabolism, lowers blood pressure, and improves heart rate, breathing, and brain waves. Positive affirmations might help you persevere and keep faith in yourself through a difficult time, but if you can't seem to shake persistent feelings of self-doubt and low self-esteem, it may be time to speak with a mental health professional who can help you learn to cope.

Welcome dear one for today's meditation to manifest health and wellness.

Let yourself get into a comfortable position,

Spine straight and relaxed.

Now gently close your eyes.

Breathe naturally and smile gently and happily.

Now tune into your breath and your body.

How are you feeling?

Scanning your body.

Bring your awareness into your head.

Scanning through your face,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your thigh.

Your legs,

Your feet and toes.

Breathing in love into your body and exhale through your mouth slowly.

Breathing in healing energy from the universe.

And exhale relax into it now.

Feeling the vibrant energy flows through your body naturally.

Breathing in wellness,

Love,

Happiness.

And exhale slowly relax yourself.

Now breathe naturally throughout the course of this meditation.

Let it flow easily without any effort.

Every breath you take heals your body,

Mind and soul.

You are vibrant.

You are healthy.

You are happy.

Breathe naturally.

Now repeat these affirmations in your mind as you breathe.

May I be peaceful.

May I be happy.

May I be well.

May I be safe.

May I be free from sufferings.

May all beings be peaceful.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be well.

May all beings be safe.

May all beings be free from sufferings.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale relax yourself.

Now visualize yourself healthy,

Happy,

Radiant,

Vibrant,

Free from sufferings,

Peaceful.

How wonderful it feels.

This is a divine expression of yourself.

You choose to love yourself more and more each day.

Breathe that in.

And exhale know that all is well.

Now repeat the affirmations after me in your mind or even you can say then.

And allow them to be true.

I trust the process of my life.

I allow my thoughts to be free.

I love and accept myself where I am right now because I am a divine expression of life.

Breathe in.

You are love.

You are healthy.

And exhale all is well.

I am healthy and full of energy.

Healthy and vibrant energy flows through my body naturally.

My body deserves to be healthy.

And I listen to my body.

It knows what I and my body needs.

Healing energy surrounds me at all time.

I am filled with complete wellness.

I am a vibrant being and my body radiates vitality.

Every cell in my body radiates health and wellness.

My body knows how to heal itself.

I trust the process.

All is well.

Breathe in.

Welcoming the healing energy into your body.

And exhale relaxing into the energy.

My positive thoughts have the power to heal.

The universe blesses me with positive health and wellness.

And I let go of all fears about my health right now.

And I know that all is well.

I am in the process of taking care of myself.

I am becoming more healthy each day.

I love my body and I take care of my body with love and care.

Breathe in.

And exhale all is well.

I am grateful for my body.

I am grateful for my happiness.

I am grateful for my smile.

I love and cherish myself.

I am always kind and gentle with myself.

Feeling the fullness of who you are in this moment.

Take a deep breath in.

Stomach and rib cage expand.

And exhale with a sigh.

Breathe naturally and trust the process of healing.

Now gently roll your shoulders.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Open your eyes gently back to the world around you.

Having that feeling,

Trusting and knowing in your heart that you are healthy.

You are healing.

You are well.

From my heart to yours.

Love yourself and take care of yourself.
