Wat je zal leren
If your system feels easily overwhelmed, like it doesn't take much to tip you into stress, tension, or shutdown, this is for you. This isn't about fixing yourself, and it's not about complicated techniques. It's about giving your body a simple, repeatable way to come back to baseline every day. Inside this course you'll find short guided practices designed to help you calm your nervous system without forcing it, come out of overwhelm more quickly and feel more safe in your body. You can build a daily reset you can stick to. No pressure to do it perfectly and no need to clear your mind. You're welcome to return to this course anytime you need a reset. Repetition is how the nervous system learns, so each time you come back, the practices feel more familiar, more supportive, and more effective. Whether you move through the 7 days again or revisit a single session, this is a space you can rely on whenever you need to reconnect, regulate, and come back to yourself. Come as you are. No experience needed, just a short practice per day.

Getting Out Of Your Head
Today's practice is about gently stepping away from the constant stream of thoughts and reconnecting with the present moment. When the mind is busy, the nervous system often stays heightened. By shifting attention out of the head and into the body, you create space for calm, clarity, and regulation.

Using Your Breath To Reset
Your breath is a direct way to influence your nervous system. In this session, you'll use simple, intentional breathing to shift from stress and tension into a calmer, more balanced state. As you slow and steady your breath, you'll support your body in releasing activation and returning to a sense of safety. It's not about forcing anything, but about gently guiding your system back to reset.

Release Stored Tension
This session is designed to help you gently unwind and release stored tension held within the body. Stress doesn't just live in the mind - it settles in the muscles, the breath, and the nervous system. Over time, this can leave you feeling tight, restless, or disconnected. Through slow, guided awareness and calming breath, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body and safely let go of what you've been holding. There's no need to force anything- this is a space for softening, noticing, and allowing.

Building A Sense Of Safety
This session is an invitation to gently reconnect with a felt sense of safety within your body. In a fast-paced and often overwhelming world, the nervous system can become stuck in pattern's of tension, alertness, or unease. Here, you'll be guided to slow down and begin restoring a foundation of calm from the inside out. As you cultivate this inner safety, you may find it becomes easier to relax, regulate emotions, and move through daily life with more steadiness and ease.

Integration And Balance
This final session offers a space to gently bring everything together- body, mind, and breath into a more cohesive and balanced state. After moments of release and awareness, integration allows the nervous system to settle, process, and absorb the benefits of your practice. Through activating and relaxing breathing, you'll be invited to notice how your body feels now, without needing to change anything. This is a time for allowing, letting the shifts you've created land naturally, and supporting a sense of wholeness within. Come back to this practice whenever you want to reconnect, reset, and restore your inner balance.
