This short two day course is designed to support anyone who's feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply wanting to move through the world with a little more steadiness and appreciation. Together we explore gratitude not as something we should feel but as a subtle shift in awareness that softens the nervous system and helps the mind remember what is supportive, meaningful and nourishing. We look at the science behind why gratitude reduces stress, increases emotional clarity and strengthens connection- even in difficult moments. The two days end with a simple short meditation you can easily return to throughout the day. If you're looking for a gentle reset or a deeper understanding of gratitude, I hope this course feels grounding, accessible and nourishing for you.
