Another wonderful course, thank you! I know even before I begin one of your courses that they will be valuable & enlightening, & this one is no exception. There were many bits of advice that I found really useful, but particularly Day 5 when you dealt with the way our mind goes to ‘what if’ & tries to plan for bad things, & that a good way to recognise that this is happening is if you feel a tension in your body (as your body reacts to the ‘what if’ story in your mind) & I've found this a really valuable check to realise when I am doing this. Another bit that particularly resonated & which I will aim to do more of, is being more patient with problems righting themselves in time. Your honesty about your life is also refreshing & inspirational. Thank you so much, another really enjoyable & insightful course. I look forward to Part 2
