Living Lungs - by Helen Hansen

COURSE

Living Lungs

With Helen Hansen

In this course we look at the lungs as the bridge between the inner and outer self. The lung meridian is the Commander of Qi - defensive qi (immune system), heavenly qi (emotional system) and grain qi (nutritional system). Together we discover the aspects of the lungs according to Traditional Chinese Medicine including the emotions linked to this system of the breath. We hear of nourishing foods, supportive movement and essential oils for the lungs. We conclude with a meditation for your holistic lung system ... the art of breathing as described by the Tao asks us “Can you focus your breath as supple as a newborn child?”

Helen‘s manner is calm, caring, and supportive. The lessons are beneficial and powerful. I feel that I am going to be able to regain the capacity to use my lungs and do the activities that require strong lungs. I also feel less sadness and grief.

Thank you Helen, these courses bring depth and clarity to my knowledge about my health. I find the TCM teachings more acessable than Ayurveda and the marma points even if I’m a yogi, and I like that TCM is a way to be able to threat (to some degree) and understand oneself on a deeper level - as I practice yoga I can feel the meridians opening, the reflexology points being stimulated it’s highly interesting and fascinating, the more I pay attention to this the more the understanding evolves 🙏🌱☺️ so thank you for presenting this knowledge in such an accessible way

Thanks Helen. I'm going to look up other course. Not sure if I had wrist points. Is it over pulse? Lynn
