The endless worrying, overanalysing and avoiding anxiety-inducing situations become second nature. Although what I offer you here is no quick-fix, it can provide you with lasting, deep healing of the root cause of your anxiety. I want you to experience the freedom from anxiety that is your birthright. This course is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as deep inner child work, and recent insights from psychology and neuroscience. Through daily lessons, guided meditations, and practical exercises, you will gain tools to navigate anxious thoughts, heal past wounds, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Isabelle Elja, M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and a certified e-RYT 500 Yoga instructor, is your guide to uncovering the roots of anxiety and embracing tranquillity. With a scientific background, including a B.Sc. in Natural Sciences and M.Sc. in Psychology, Isabelle seamlessly merges ancient wisdom with modern insights. Through meditation and yoga, she helps you explore the journey within, empowering you to find peace amidst life's challenges. Amazing course I only gave a 4 as I think it should be longer meditation wise, and 7 days isn't long enough to heal from anxiety it should at least 30 days for this and you should tell people to repeat the courses, thanks! Xoxox
